1 Abstract

[Translated] The device located on one side of the weaving machine constitutes a double feeding system, allowing automatic switching from one system to another in the event of a weft yarn fault on one of the feeding systems. This device comprises a first fixed nozzle (5) and a second fixed nozzle (14), each of these two nozzles being capable of directing a weft thread (1,11) towards a launching nozzle (6) movable with the comb. the machine. A movable introduction means (20) retains the end of the weft thread (11) put on hold, and moves this end of the thread towards the launching nozzle (6), in the event of a fault in the supply of the weft used (1).
