Description
Biotinate sulfoxide(1-) is a monocarboxylic acid anion that is the conjugate base of biotin sulfoxide; major species at pH 7.3. It is functionally related to a biotinate. It is a conjugate base of a biotin sulfoxide.
D-Biotin D-sulfoxide is a metabolite found in or produced by Escherichia coli (strain K12, MG1655).
