Description
encodes a DnaJ-like protein similar to ARG1 and ARL2 that are both involved in root and hypocotyl gravitropism response. However, null mutation in this gene does not result in defects in gravitropism. Gene is expressed in all tissues examined.

2 Proteins

2.1 Protein Function

Plays a continuous role in plant development probably in the structural organization of compartments (By similarity). Seems to not be involved in gravitropism signaling pathway.
