Description
Predicted to be involved in maturation of LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Located in cytosol and plasma membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including adult brain cell body rind; adult gnathal ganglion; adult neuromere; larval muscle cell; and mesoderm. Orthologous to human WDR12 (WD repeat domain 12).
