Abstract: In the course of a high throughput screening, a series of pyrazole compounds were identified with luteinizing hormone receptor (LH-R) agonist activity. A focused pyrazole library was produced by solid-phase synthesis and key pyrazole regioisomers were obtained selectively in solution.
